TODD CELIA (Precious Child Care)

Observation

On 07.26.2022 this licensor interviewed provider Celia Todd regarding intakes related to another case. During this interview she reported that a five year old child reported to her in April 2022 that his older brother had penetrated his anus with a finger and touched his penis. When she asked the mother if this had occurred the mother did not respond to indicate whether or not it had occurred. Although one could reasonably suspect that abuse had occcurred, a report was not made to CPS Intake.
